OpenDoor is a new and global initiative for the HRO industry that will help you reach your outsourcing goals swiftly, efficiently and effectively. The main goal of the OpenDoor initiative to create a better understanding and alignment between providers of HRO services and HRO purchasers. OpenDoor HRO offers you free public access to a unique set of standardized specifications, documents and templates that can enable you as a purchaser or provider of human resources outsourcing services to significantly reduce the time taken to realize a transaction and to obtain quality outsourcing services. These model documents have been carefully designed to reflect a basic set of standards that will enable more effective, efficient and mutually beneficial HRO engagements. The documents provide a basis for customization for individual clients and can be modified to whatever degree is necessary for the particular requirements of your company. In addition, new HRO material, including articles, white papers and research will be regularly uploaded to the website, allowing you to stay informed about industry trends. OpenDoor HRO is the brainchild of a non-exclusive working group currently comprising representatives from ARINSO - Equaterra - SAP The working group is committed to helping your company in speed-to-contract, speed-to-benefit and expectations alignment by means of an up-to-date documentation set, which currently contains the following four main components: - Statement of Work or Scope Matrix specifying which elements of services are to be undertaken by a provider and which are to be retained by the client company.

- Pricing philosophy and model.
- Fundamental terms and conditions in an HRO Implementation Agreement.
- Basic data collection templates and materials to support elements of scope.
