The working group has made this basic set of documents openly available to the industry and interested parties. However, it should be noted that the working group members are not law firms and do not accept responsibility or liability for the drafting, content or format of these foundation documents. Any parties interested in using the documentation in whole or in part must therefore have it reviewed independently by legal, accounting, tax and other experts before use in any jurisdiction. The foundation document set exists for informational purposes and for usage by client companies which have decided to proceed with HR sourcing. The financial, technological, business or HR process drivers that lead to a decision to source HR services are not included in this documentation. bThe foundation documentation is currently only available in English.

No one is entitled to charge any user for obtaining copies of the foundation documentation. Any other proposed usage should be the subject of a limited use request to the website administrator or to a member of the working group.
